Please read these terms before applying to or participating in the Foxaira partner program.
The partner program
Foxaira Partners is an independent referral program for introducing businesses to Foxaira products. Applying is free and does not guarantee acceptance. You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this arrangement, and permitted to participate where you live. This program is not employment, a franchise, an investment, or a promise of income.
Applications and email verification
Provide accurate contact details and a realistic referral estimate. Verify the email you control using the link we send. We review verified applications and communicate acceptance or decline by email. Applying does not give you authority to represent Foxaira or access a partner account. Do not apply using someone else’s identity or contact details. If declined, you may submit a fresh application with the same email after the eligibility date in the decision email. The admin sets the waiting period for new decisions; the default is 48 hours. Later setting changes do not change your emailed date. Earlier attempts remain in the application history, and each new attempt requires email verification and a new review.
Your account
If accepted, we create an account linked to your application email. Your private activation link lets you choose your own password. Keep your credentials and links confidential. You are responsible for activity you authorize from your account. Use the recovery page for expired links or a forgotten password and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Commission and team levels
Campaign partners begin with a total commission pool of 15% of eligible sales. An administrator may approve an increase, up to 20%. The offer’s own commission limit still applies if lower. This is the total pool, not a guaranteed personal share in addition to team commissions. Where team levels apply, their configured shares are paid from that pool and the selling partner receives the remainder. Partners invited by campaign partners begin at a 15% campaign pool as well. Your dashboard shows the applicable offer and your projected personal commission before you sell. Each checkout saves its rate and allocation; later changes apply to new checkouts. You may invite partners under you and earn the configured level shares from their eligible sales and renewals. Each campaign partner and campaign-team recruit starts with a 15% pool; admin upgrades are individual. Raising a team leader’s rate does not automatically raise members’ rates. Each payment retains its saved allocation; changes apply to new payments and do not recalculate past commissions.
Qualifying sales and payment
Commission is earned only on eligible, successfully paid sales attributed through your partner links under the published offer rules. Commission is earned on the first payment and every paid renewal of the attributed subscription. Each payment and its team allocations are recorded separately using the approved rates when the new payment is recorded, preserving past commissions. Recruitment alone earns nothing. Prepaid wholesale purchases and redemptions do not earn referral commission. Taxes, excluded amounts, refunds, chargebacks and disputes affect eligibility and adjustments. Earnings pass through the hold and payout-review process displayed in the dashboard. A recorded sale or estimate is not an immediately payable balance. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your earnings.
Responsible promotion
Describe products and earnings accurately. Do not promise guaranteed results, mislead customers, send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate Foxaira, or make unauthorized discounts or commitments. Disclose your commercial relationship where required. Use only branding and materials you are entitled to use. Do not submit false sales, misuse tracking links, manipulate payments or participate in fraud.
Privacy and customer information
Only share customer information you are permitted to share, and follow applicable privacy and communications requirements. Keep confidential business and customer information secure. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your application, account, referral and campaign-source data. Do not submit sensitive personal information in your application.
Changes, suspension and leaving
Foxaira may update program terms, offers and commission rules for future activity and communicate material changes through the dashboard or email. Your saved checkout allocations remain subject to their original records and applicable refund or fraud adjustments. We may suspend or end access for misuse, fraud, security concerns or a material breach. You can request to leave by contacting support. Ending participation does not remove lawful payment, recordkeeping, confidentiality or dispute obligations.
Service availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the program reliable, but uninterrupted availability and particular commercial results are not guaranteed. Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful conduct and obligations. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Product purchases remain subject to the relevant product’s own terms.
Contact and questions
For program questions, account issues, commission disputes or requests to end participation, contact support@foxaira.ai. Include your partner number or application email, without sending your password. We will review concerns using the application, checkout and payment records. These terms do not override mandatory laws or any separate written agreement applicable to your partnership.
